EffiBadge incorporates artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI. AI is used only to trim, refine, or optimize badge descriptions and related textual content (AI Features). You acknowledge and agree that: EffiBadge does not control OpenAI systems beyond initiating processing requests. OpenAI’s processing is subject to the Technology Partner’s own terms, policies, and practices, which may change from time to time. You should review those third-party terms before using the AI Features.
When you use AI Features, limited data such as badge text or descriptions is processed through the OpenAI API solely to support EffiBadge functionality. No other personal data is submitted for AI purposes beyond what is necessary for AI processing. You understand and agree that: AI processing is automatic and performed by OpenAI on data you submit through EffiBadge. Such processing may be logged by OpenAI in accordance with OpenAI’s policies. We do not use AI inputs or outputs for our own model training.
You agree not to use the AI Features to produce harmful, offensive, unlawful, or abusive content. Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to): Misleading others into believing AI output is human-generated. Generating medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Generating content that violates applicable laws, infringes rights, or promotes harmful behavior. If we determine you are using the AI Features in violation of these AI Terms or our Terms of Use, we may suspend or restrict access.
You are responsible for all input submitted to AI Features and any resulting output. EffiBadge does not verify the accuracy, legality, or correctness of AI-generated output.
AI outputs:
Are provided as is and may be inaccurate or incomplete. May be similar to outputs generated for other users. Should be reviewed and validated before use. You should not rely solely on AI output for decisions without verification.
Except for the limited rights we grant to you, no rights in or to the AI systems, models, or related software are transferred to you. You retain rights to your own input and any AI output created for your account, subject to these AI Terms and the Terms of Use.
You agree not to use AI output in a manner that:
You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI Features complies with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, privacy laws, and content restrictions in your jurisdiction.
We may modify these AI Terms or discontinue AI Features at any time. Continued use of the AI Features after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated AI Terms.
AI Features and any related services are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Efficienza and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AI Features, including:
