Efficienza (we, our, or us) operates the EffiBadge API, a service that validates plugin installations and generates badges associated with a user’s EffiBadge account. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our services globally.

EffiBadge uses OpenAI’s API exclusively to trim and refine badge descriptions. No user-generated prompts are collected. Data sent to OpenAI is processed only to generate concise descriptions. We do not use OpenAI to train our own models. OpenAI processes data according to its own privacy and security policies.
User account information is stored securely. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Users may request deletion of their data by contacting us at support@effibadge.com
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. Data is shared only: With OpenAI, strictly for description trimming When required by law or legal process No other third-party services are used.
