EffiBadge provides a service that:

• Validates plugin installations
• Authenticates API access
• Retrieves badge data and configurations linked to user accounts
• Uses AI-powered processing to trim and refine badge descriptions

Eligibility

You must:

Have legal authority to bind a business or organization By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration & API Access

To use EffiBadge, you may be required to create an account and obtain an API key.

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your API key confidential
• Be responsible for all activity performed using your credentials
• We are not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without authorization
• Misrepresent EffiBadge badges, certifications, or outputs
• Use the Service in a way that violates third-party rights

AI-Powered Features

EffiBadge uses artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI solely to trim, refine, or optimize badge descriptions.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated output is automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete
• AI output is provided as is
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use

EffiBadge does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated output.Additional AI-specific terms may apply and are incorporated by reference where provided.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, APIs, branding, and documentation, are owned by Efficienza.

• You retain ownership of your account data
• You may use badge output generated for your account in accordance with these Terms
• No rights are granted except as expressly stated

You may not use EffiBadge branding or trademarks without prior written permission.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all systems

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

Fees (If Applicable)

If any portion of the Service is paid:

• Fees are as described at the time of purchase
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with prior notice

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses a security or legal risk
• Required by law or regulation
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

• Your misuse of AI-generated output

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with courts located in Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
